Production Facilities
Eleven machines from 95t to 600t provide substantial and flexible capacity for short, medium and large batch or continuous production. All machines are linked to a ‘real time’ computer monitoring system to increase moulding efficiency, maximise output and thus reduce component cost. A number of machines are fast cycling and Barr Mason has extensive experience of in-line automated product assembly, enabling us to handle very large contracts calling for 10s of millions of assembled components per annum.
